What started as one 4-H heifer when Todd Koch was 12 has now turned into a value-add enterprise at TMK Creamery in Oregon. TMK first ventured into cheese and ice cream but recently started making alcohol with their whey called “Cowcohol.” Listen now to The Dairy Show.
